Logs will often be requested by support team for further analysis. Most common requested logs are audit logs and server logs.
Please refer guides below on where to obtain these logs:-
Login into operator portal as operator > Click on Customer Domain Name > Reports > Audit Log > Fill in Search criteria (Customer ID, date/time) > Search and download the audit log
i) Download logs via transfer from server
Copy or Transfer files as mentioned in path below (using filezilla/winscp) from EzIdentity server.
Older logs are archived in /home/backup/logs/<date>. Please look for these here.
